High Gosforth Park win the Hadrian League Plate

A close start...

A very close run competition with any of three clubs able to win going into tonight's matches

High Gosforth Park, Westerhope and Longhirst Hall were all in with a chance as the matches began, tonight, with Westerhope and HGP just divided by a single point.

...and an equally close finish!

And that's how it finished, too.

Had the difference been just one point better in Westerhope's favour then team points would have come into play.

It doesn't get tighter than that.

Congratulations to Iain Cunningham and the High Gosforth Park Team on a great 10:2 win tonight to clinch it.
