The Annual Presentation Night / Dinner is where we get to formally present the year's trophies to the winning players and clubs.
The evening starts with informal drinks as the numbers gather and we meet old friends.
The evening then moves on to a full three course meal including the saying of Grace and a call for the Loyal Toast.
Then we get to the the main business of the night... the presentation of trophies.
The evening ends with a reply and toast to the Hadrian League by the Captain of Hadrian League Trophy winning Club.
After how well received this venue has been for the past two years, we are once again holding the Dinner at the NUFC Magpie Club at St James' Park in Newcastle upon Tyne.
We will meet at 6:45 for Dinner commencing at 7:30.
There is free car parking for those attending the dinner but be certain to check in with your car registration at the Reception Desk, downstairs!
You can use the Reservation Form on this page to reserve your place or there will be a sign-up sheet in your clubhouse. Either way, final numbers and payments must all be with us by the 'received by' date.
Traditionally, we have always asked each Club to bring along something for a raffle prize.
Rather than a raffle we will have an auction.
We would still appreciate help from the Clubs but would request that instead of bottles (which present issues for their winners if they intend to continue their evening in the town afterwards) that Clubs bring more portable prizes - four ball vouchers, lesson or shop vouchers, etc.
